ARENA POLICIES
TO AVOID DELAYS AT THE GATE, AND FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR
GUESTS, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED:
•Bottles or cans
• Food or beverages (prescribed medication/baby formula permitted)
• Alcohol of any sort
• Any bag, purse, backpack, briefcase larger than 12” x 12”.
Exception: diaper bags
•Weapons/firearms/sharp implements (scissors)
• Spike wristbands, neckbands or jewelry
• Air horns/whistles or other noisemakers
• No wrapped gifts
•Coolers or containers
• Fireworks
• Illegal substances
• Strollers/infant carriers
• Frisbees, beach balls, etc.
• Laser pens
•Pets (with the exception of service animals for guests with
disabilities)
• Skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, heelies or other wheeled
devices
KEY LOCATIONS
ATM Locations:
• Plaza Level – Section 130 and next to the south inside box office
• Upper Level – Section 305
• Club Level – Entrance to The Penalty Box
• Plaza Level – Near the north box office
First Aid:
• Plaza and mezzanine levels outside of section 119 and 322
• Designated smoking balconies**
• Smoking balconies are available on each floor of the arena.
**BB&T Center is a smoke free facility
SERVICES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Gate entry and elevators: Power assisted entrances are located
on the Plaza Level. Accessible entrances are located at the main
entrance. Elevators outside of section 131 and 105 are available for
access onto each level.
Seating: Accessible seating is available on all levels. Designated
seating for wheelchair users, guests who are visually impaired or
guests who are hearing impaired will be available until such seats
are sold out. One companion seat may be purchased for each seat
sold to a disabled guest. Limited additional companion seating will be
held until the day of the event or until seating is sold out, whichever is
sooner.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Any guest who fails to adhere to BB&T Center policies or local, state
and federal laws is subject to being ejected from the facility
• Tailgating is not permitted on BB&T Center property
•BB&T Center has a no re-entry policy
•Reselling of tickets on the premises is strictly prohibited
• Anyone attempting to enter with a package or purse will be asked to
consent to a visual inspection of that package
•Noticeably intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to enter the
building for any event
•Parking fee is $20 on event day
• All guests will be required to walk thru a metal detector and are
subject to wanding.
